This work is part of the collection for peace in eastern DR Congo. A bleeding rose plunged into darkness
symbolizing the despair and fear of a people massacred and killed. The blood shed by this innocent people cannot defend itself and cries out for peace and justice. The artist has not remained insensitive to the ills that afflict his region, Kivu. This rose is a sign of compassion that everyone should feel towards their loved ones, their relatives, their colleagues, their companions who are in a difficult period.
